Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

not strong enough

The refuse truck when lifted the bin then split the bin on the 4th time So I have a broken green bin

the split happened about 6 months ago also the lid secure buttons were all ways loose, so not happy with the green bin that was delivered. regards M Shannon .
