Hi there, thank you for taking the time to leave feedback. We do not email to confirm a delivery date as our lead times are stated on the web page. Our standard delivery is Next Working day for orders that are placed before 12:30pm. We use Tuffnells to deliver our smaller bins and generally we receive a very good service from them. I appreciate that in your case, your delivery was an exception and was unfortunately delivered a day late however we did keep in touch with yourself and our courier once we realised there was a problem. Please accept my apologies for the late delivery.
