How are Feefo reviews collected?

We independently collect feedback on behalf of the businesses that work with us. Our platform only reaches out to verified buyers, so you can be sure you’re reading reviews from real customers.

Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

Very confusing.

By being more informative. Having trouble paying a premium. Having to pay by bank transfer which I don't like. I don't have access to an app as I don't possess a smart phone and my internet...

Avoid. Service is truly dreadful.

Absolutely appalling. Impossible to reach by phone. Response to emails takes over 24 hours. Do not respond to individual queries but just churn out the same generalised answer
