Admin re billing etc clear and helpful. That's all I can go on at this stage as I've only had the insurance for a year and have not had cause to make a claim.

Nice company, easy to use app
Haven't made a claim yet, but they offered a discount on my policy if I stayed with them, which is a welcome change from being ripped off by insurance companies, and being punished for loyalty.
