As explained during your consultation with myself and the nurse at time of procedure.
A. You needed to wait for at least 4-6 weeks before any changes can be experienced.
B. Our recommendation is 3 treatments in a 12 months period. In case of single treatment, after the first review period, we recommend that some patients would benefit from an additional treatment.
C. Results may vary from patients to patients.

I had the procedure in January, so 5 months ago now, so if it was going to work, I'm sure it would have done by now. I literally haven't seen or felt any changes whatsoever. So my guess is that another treatment would probably have the same effect, which is nothing.
As for seeing the Clinical Director, I'm not sure that would be worth it as another treatment will be £500, which is too much money to risk losing again.

Their service was very good indeed. I was pleased with the way in which the Nu-V treatment works was explained. The experience was made personalised, and as pleasant and un-daunting as possible.
