Thank you for your feedback, please accept my sincere apologies for the poor service and inconvenience caused. Unfortunately the item you had ordered has been delayed by our factory, we are due to get more stock in week commencing 1st April if you would still like to order this item we can put it on a back order and ensure that you get one as soon as they are back in stock and send the remaining of your order.
