I had two plugs missing from a chair , I phoned up and a lovely lady was so helpful she apologised and said she would put me two in the post straight away which I received this morning.
Problem sold .
Because they did what they said they would with no fuss and as it was so close to Xmas I was doubtful, marvellous service and email delivery updates were great Many Many thanks I am a very satisfied...
