Hello,
Thank you for your review and comments.
When you ordered the item you noticed that the picture was one colour, and the description said another. When you spoke with a member of our team the order was already dispatched so we couldn't check the item physically. You were advised to check the product when you received it and let us know, so that if there was any issues we could get it sorted for you.
I believe that you may had called before the 02/08, however I was on annual leave and unable to keep track of that. We received a phone call on the 02/08 when you spoke to Kim. She received a barrage of abuse when she was trying to sort the issue for you. We understand that it is frustrating when orders go wrong, but under no circumstances was it acceptable to speak to her the way you did.
Kim was not rude of awkward. She was trying to diffuse the situation and help but my staff are not paid to receive verbal abuse from customers. She disconnected the phone call under my instruction and I then contacted you to advise that the abuse was not okay, and that you would have to deal with me through email from now on.
Once you sent me the requested details I sorted the issue and got it arranged as soon as possible with our accounts team.
