Delivery was impressively quick. Possible improvement would be to advise when the item has actually been despatched, so people can judge when to be in.
The product was delivered promptly and well within time limit indicated which was good. The instructions for delivery were confusing and difficult to sequence given the order in which you were...
They did not call us to arrange a delivery day/time (we were told they would). Luckily a contractor was in to do some work on the house so he took the delivery in.
