Awful returns/refund policy. Who in their right mind would want to exchange such a poorly designed product. We subsequently had to sell the three UN OPENED sets of stools on eBay where we put them up for HALF what we paid for them to avoid any negativity on our 100% positive feedback. We informed the buyers that Garden Mall would not accept even our unopened returns and that we felt that we had to halve the price to avoid any further disappointment on these so called "foot" stools. Instead we described them as a charming accessory for your lounge, perfect to support the weight of a small magazine and certainly NOT a foot as advertised.
