very happy with follow up

Thank you for your feedback on your recent purchases from Galleon supplies VAL-GLOVEL value gloves, OR-B Flushable and towels and OR-I bulk pack toilet tissue. Positive and negative feedback is useful to us to help us maintain our excellent standard of service. However, unfortunately on this occasion it seems that standards have fallen below expectations and for that I would like to offer my apologies on behalf of Galleon and our delivery service. I understand that you have spoken to one of my colleagues in regards to this issue and they have sent replacement goods out to you. I do hope this has been resolved in a satisfactory and timely manner and it does not deter you from ordering from Galleon again in the future.

Our customers normally receive a very high level of service from PTI and I can fully understand that you are very unhappy on this occasion. I am sorry to hear that your order was significantly delayed . Unfortunately this was due to a combination or errors, as the items left our warehouse a day later than expected as we were waiting on stock to come in to us and then your order left the couriers depot later than anticipated which then added to the delay of your goods. I have had confirmation from our couriers that your products have now been delivered and I hope you will accept my sincere apologies for the delay and I do hope this will not deter you from ordering from us again in the future.
