unfortunately the current system does not allow us to change a gadget on a policy. As you pay monthly by direct debit we do have to cancel the original policy and set up a new one for the new gadget. I do appreciate that this does take a little time, and I do apologise for the inconvenience. You should however have been offered a discount for continuing your policy with us. If you would e mail to admin@mygadgetbuddy.com with a convenient time to call you we can set up a revised contract at a discounted price - but the easiest way to do this is over the phone. We will wait to hear from you. Karen
