I knew this would happen > I have spoken a couple of times now and everybody was nice enough on the phone, but they have sent me two invoices both which are stating to be monthly direct debits. I have explained twice, that I don't want foreign coverage for travel monthly, it was a one off! , maybe they have the intention of cancelling this after but if so I would appreciate a statement to say so. can you confirm that this will be cancelled after JULY if you have any more queries about my application please contact me and i will be happy to answer your questions.

Thank you for your further feedback. Once you have selected to insure your gadget for overseas use, you will be covered for a maximum of 90 days in total throughout the year. If you wish to cancel your policy you are on a rolling month contract which allows you to cancel at any time. To cancel your policy please contact Citymain by the following: By phone at - 0844 875 1539 By email at - info@citymain.com By post at - Citymain, 1st & 2nd Floors, Enterprise House, Isambard Brunel Road, Portsmouth. PO1 2RX. Providing that your gadget is still 12 months old or less, you will be able to take out another policy without the overseas cover. Kind Regards, Steve
