Unlike the many retailers offering imported, flimsy, flat-packed versions, our is a custom-designed, quality linen-finished box, made in the UK by a family firm, much like our own. Not only does our gift box present our shawls to their maximum beauty, it also stands the test of time as the perfect way to store a baby shawl for many years. We fully take on board your point regarding the gift box and personalised message all adding to the cost of the product. We do our utmost to keep our costs and prices as low as possible in very challenging global economic circumstances. We appreciate that not everyone wishes to have a gift box and personalised message with their shawl. We therefore offer these two items as optional extras with most of our products.
