It's great to hear that you think FusionReactor is an excellent tool. I understand that we did have an issue with the credit card processing on your order which caused some problems and I apologize for that. We use a third party to process cc orders and sometimes things don't go as smoothly as we would hope, but I believe that your case was an exception. As your license is now processed, hopefully things will go better in the future. Perhaps you could bear this in mind with the rating, as it's supposed to focus on the product, rather than the e-merchant ;-).
