How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Service was good. Had to wait a while for the product. When it arrived it was poorly made and definitely below average quality. I did contact Furnish who said to return it but couldn't be bothered.

The survey was one question long! I can hardly give an in-depth review, can I? As I said, I was disappointed with the product as it was poorly manufactured, but could not be bothered to repackage and queue for ages at the post office to return it. When I contacted you by message, you responded promptly and offered me a refund. I can't ask for more than that.
