Its a great piece of furniture, however I think the instructions need to be clearer, ie actually label the items and number the steps rather than a few diagrams that don't make too much sense.

We're so sorry about this. The item was sent out immediately the order the placed but the postal service appears to have lost it in the Christmas post. We weren't aware this hadn't arrived until very soon before Christmas when you first raised this, by which time the item was out of stock. Our fulfilment partners pulled out all the stops to get a replacement to you as soon as possible.
