Prefers listing their own singles rather than shipping out orders.

Very late posting and agent was very abrupt when I queried. They stacked their website with single cards and were 4 days late shipping my order out. For a supposedly top store I would have thought...

There are lots of different teams within Chaos Cards including a team dedicated to listing single cards, this is a different team to the team that handles sending out orders. We made sure there were extra staff available to make sure as many orders as possible arrived within their delivery time frame - the shipping method you had selected was a 2-5 day service. We are sorry that your order arrived later than you expected but we do hope you will consider shopping with us in future.
