We are sorry to hear there were parts of the trip that didn’t live up to your expectations. Your valuable comments and insights will help us, together with our partners in Namibia, make all appropriate adjustments to the accommodations used and flow of the tour in order to assure a great experience for future passengers. We have already reached out to the lodges in order to share your feedback regarding the lack of quality customer service and disappointment in the accommodations. While we have been assured that this will not happen again, we intend to follow up aggressively about the changes before we continue to operate this program.
