Great service order arrived on time, however a little annoying to keep getting requests to leave a review. This was my 5th request so thought I'd just leave some to stop the emails!

Did not realise it was an overseas company and the product took a while to arrive. also had to pay an exchange rate charge.

Thank you very much for taking time to review Frezyderm service. As we can see in your account of our website, you placed your order choosing the standard shipping method. We clearly mention in our website that the estimated delivery of the Standard shipping method is 4-7 business days. You received your package within 7 business days which was on time.
Regarding the exchange rate charge, it has not to do with our website but with your bank. Also, you may have noticed that when you buy online from other countries with different currency, this charge always exists but coming from your bank not from the company.

Hello Jan,
Thank your for your feedback of our product. You can turn left the top of the bottle in order to insure the product content. When you want to use it, you have to turn right the top of the product and apply the amount that you want.
