Hi there. When you took out the policy you did sign up to auto renewal and in accordance with those instructions that is exactly what we did to ensure you had continuity of cover. There was a modest premium increase of £20 and you were informed of this on 19/6 and in plenty of time to instruct us otherwise should you not have wished to proceed.
