Hi. We are unsure as to why this review has been received. You insured with us for a year at a discounted rate, we did not charge a fee and you didn't pay for paper documents. The policy auto renewed as you requested.After renewal you contacted us to cancel which we did immediately. You have emailed us twice in 12 months and both emails have been responded to quickly. No other expressions of dissatisfaction have been recorded.
