Disappointing, no loyalty to existing customers. Error in documentation, “0 years no claims bonus” even though we have never claimed in 27 years! They did amend this on request, but still no...
Service provided was ok. Little / no evidence that the market had been searched to check that this was the best option rather than simply "rolled over" tho'. Huge delays in answering phone !
