They could be a lot less procedural when assisting a customer dealing with a typo in her referral letter (which was eventually corrected by GP) instead of asking for a 30 day data subject information

Hi Julia, Upon reviewing your case, we found that based on the information provided in the letter from your GP, the claim was initially declined as a pre-existing condition under the moratorium underwriting. However, once you brought to our attention there may be a typo in the GP letter, we immediately sought clarification and requested the call recording from your consultation with Health Hero to verify details. Unfortunately, we have not received this information from you. We understand your frustration, but we are actively waiting for the opportunity to assess your case and receive clarification on the condition. You can always reach us on 01202 283 580.

I’m still waiting for the 30 days subject information request for the call recording, to comply with Freedom’s need for additional information, therefore until I receive this, I cannot provide anything to yourselves. Asking for so much clarification (especially information with a minimum 30 days turnover) is over the top.
