Dear Marie,
We apologise for the error however it seems after we investigated that the watch was labelled incorrectly in our warehouse. We agree this should have been checked before despatch and we are sorry for this error. As communicated to you via email we offered to cover the cost of return and this was actioned along with a full refund. We replied to all emails promptly and in our eyes did all we can to rectify the issue. If you would like to discuss this further please contact us on 02476 520040.
