Thanks for taking the time to feed back to us. We use DHL Express for delivery which can be more expensive in some circumstances - e.g. very small or low value items. The reasons we use this DHL are the level of service, tracking and insurance. Using the postal network provides none of these. If you would like us to look at other shipping options in future for you then please get in touch. James
