Not allowed to take chair home because they had no more in stock. We live 300 miles from Glasgow and no delivery was available. Sales assistant very good manager refused to accommodate us.

Fiona sales representative in GPkan furnishing was so helpful ,and since ordering our furniture she has kept in touch will expected date of delivery

Everything was completed swiftly. The staff were efficient and to the point.
The only thing that annoyed me was that I wasn't told the delivery charge until I agreed and ready to sign.
