Helpful and knowledgeable staff. Delivery date is outwith their control but is the reason I haven't given 5 stars. 20 weeks, in my view, is just ridiculous. I suspect this may be an over-estimate...
The store was clean and tidy and well laid out. The staff were friendly and let us browse at our leisure. When we were ready to purchase Mary was really helpful.
Very helpful, patient and knowledgeable sales assistant Jackie who made buying a bed a dream. Although we haven't taken delivery yet, so far the service has been excellent.
