How are Feefo reviews collected?

We independently collect feedback on behalf of the businesses that work with us. Our platform only reaches out to verified buyers, so you can be sure you’re reading reviews from real customers.

Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

What Mark Forkner said about Forest Holidays:

An incredible place, just relax. Do as little, or as much, as you feel.

We can’t fault the Service from Forest Holidays. The app works well, the pictures are great, allowing you to make an informed choice, and the welcome at Forest of Dean is truly warm. Love it.
