How do we deal with fake reviews?

Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry to hear machine was in the condition expected. I can see you have also spoken with a colleague on Monday 23rd to advise you were happy with service and appliance. Our pre loved machines do go through several cleaning process including disinfecting. I will be happy to arrange a replacement appliance in better condition. We will be in touch to discuss further.
