Dear Mrs Bristow, Thank you for your valuable feedback. I do apologise for any inconvenience caused due to delays with credit decision that caused you to chase our sales executives. I see from our record you spoken with them on 5/4/2017 around 11am then called back before 5pm on that day to check status. I have passed on your feedback to relevant team.

I can see you have opted for our value range of washing machine. I m sorry that manual was not sent with appliance. Unfortunately the format of the user manual is not a standard printer friendly version. I see you have spoken with one of my colleague who arranged to send a manual.

If you haven't received one please let me know and I will send another copy.
