Check before you leavr

The engineer had to come back as the pipe had folded do no water could get to the machine, not checked correctly before leaving

Good morning,

Firstly thank you for your feedback. I have looked into this and can see an engineer was called back to your property immediately to deal with this issue. It seems as though the inlet pipe had a slight kink in it when the machine had been pushed back in causing the water not to be drawn in sufficiently.
