We can confirm that your report was indeed sent to you on the 14th of February and an email notification was sent to you to make you aware. At point of purchase we did also make you aware that due to your location, you would need to make your own arrangements to ship the sample to the lab. We are sorry that the wrong shipment information was sent to you by mistake and our records show that we spoke to you about this when you were in touch.
We will now resend you your report for your records and would also like to make you aware that your reports are also downloadable via your account area at any time.
