Deliver it on time I stayed in all day on the 18th when it was scheduled to be delivered nothing happened received update that they will be delivered into post office sometime over this weekend

Thank you for your comment, we just wanted to confirm that the information on claiming the free pack is indeed stated on the top and the bottom of the description part of the product page on our website. A letter titled (Please READ) with information including an email address and telephone number details was also sent out to you with your initial order (stuck to the packaging) stating clearly how to claim the last box which is supposed to be claimed up to your 7th week of taking Symprove. As stated in the letter, due to the short expiry dates (3 - 4 months) of the products we want to make sure that your item does not expire and so this is the best method to stop this happening. Just a note, you still have another 5 weeks or so in which you can still claim your free box. You will still be able to get it when you are ready for it.
