This is not the taste i wanted . I wanted tge original one. Can you exchange although i opened the bottle?

You ordered the Mango and Passion fruit flavour and this is what was sent out to you.We can send a new bottle out but you would need to re-order the correct flavour.

No plastic packaging!! No problems with delivery would use again as have some great products

Nice products - yet to try them all- and came quickly; however packaging was a bit overload most recyclable or reusable but did have enough plastic securing the delivery address slip to build a tent.
I have rated 5 stars as the product arrived with minimal packing in a lovely little reusable tin and I love the product it's good value for money and lovely to use , like crunching up a tik tak then...
Speedy, only one problem. They delivered two many boxes. Only ordered one delivered two. Have notified bur still to receive a call to arrange a pick uo
Great products that arrived quickly but in separate parcels, one of which had the invoice in a plastic bag on the box and the other in a jiffy bag! The bamboo soap dish was also in a plastic bag....
