The delivery stated 1-2 working days when I ordered but it took 3 working days for my order to be dispatched which wasn’t explained. I therefore waited longer than I had anticipated for my items.

Postage a little slow due to a part of the address not being recognised. This has never happened before when ordering from other companies. It arrived two days after the address was clarified.
Process was quick and easy and the prices were reasonable as was the postage cost.
I didn’t receive a confirmation email which would have been helpful but all arrived safe and sound and in a timely...
left my hair feeling like they are covered with some grease. tried shampoo and conditioner. waste of money

Thank you for your feed back of the night cream. As it is a face cream, it is not supposed to be used in the hair. This may be why you found your hair greasy after using it on your hair. Apologies for any confusion.

sorry i only realised later this was about the cream. I like the cream - it smells and feels nice. the initial review was about the shampoo and conditioner bars.

It's a shame that you did not like this shampoo bar. As with many shampoos, it can take some time to get your hair used to a particular shampoo bar. We recommend that you keep trying and hope that you find a suitable car for you.

We are sorry to hear that you did not particularly like this bar. It can take a while to get used to a conditioner bar. We'd recommend that you do try again and hopefully your hair will benefit from it more. It does take a while at times for your hair to get used to a different conditioner. These bars are also chemical free so it can feel different due to them being more natural. We hope you find a more suitable bar if you find ultimately that this bar is not for you.
