We are sorry to hear that your probiotics box was squashed in the mail on arrival with you. This is not how it was shipped out. This is something we will be reviewing internally. We are grateful for the feedback as this will help us to make changes right away.
As you placed your order on a Thursday night, it was not shipped out to you until Monday morning and was upgraded by ourselves to first class post in order that it got to you as quickly as possible.
This is because any probiotics shipped out on a Friday, are likely to end up sitting in a warehouse over the weekend as our couriers do not deliver on a Saturday. We state that certain probiotics will not be shipped out on Fridays for this reason on our website. I hope you understand that we do this for the benefit of our customers and to ensure that the probiotics reach you at their very best.
