Apologies I have now changed / revised my review because I posted my review by mistake assuming Fly Sharp as the agency I used previously for my flights last month in Dec-2021. Fly sharp I am using for me next flights / bought recently. I thought/assumed this survey was sent by my last travel agency. This mixup was due to same first name Fly… of the agency I had the worst experience with, With Fly sharp I got very good service and have no issues at all.
