Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

Convenient/seamless travel

When contacted on small issues, most helpful. Maybe one thing, make the customer aware that the flight does not appear on various departure/arrival apps & can't be added to 3rd party transfers etc...
