How do we deal with fake reviews?

Usual great service - apart from the check-in in Jersey. I would imagine that was the fault of the airport handling agents rather than FlyDirect. 3 flights together in one queue !!

The flight out the Algarve was amazing comfortable seats been left on time staff very helpful and friendly, Plane on return you could not adjust the seats this was very uncomfortable plane left late...
