Thank you for your review, I am unsure of what information you required, if it was flight departure information this was sent to you the week prior your departure via email? I can see no transfers were added to your booking so unsure if it was transfer information you were looking for. Thank you for your email , I can only apologise that when I was responding to the Feefo reviews this morning I did not see that you had booked transfers, that is why I questioned this in my reply. This was an oversight on my side, and I am glad the TUI rep could help you obtain the return transfer information whilst you were in Majorca.
