How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Normal service for a travel agent, you advertised the holiday, provided the tickets and arranged the transfers. Apart from the direct flight nothing out of the ordinary.

Thank you for sending us your feedback. The hotel you chose is located on the outskirts of Estepona, requiring a short taxi or bus ride into the town centre. This is noted on the website where you made your booking. Should you choose to travel with us again in the future, please feel free to contact a member of our customer service team before making your booking. Most of our team have visited all the destinations we feature and viewed the properties, so we would be happy to suggest a hotel in a more central location.
