It has become apparent that there were 8 people, travelling in 4 separate groups to Malaga airport independently. Could you not have thought of contacting us to see if we wanted to transfer to Puerto banus and back to the airport as one transfer to reduce costs?

Delighted to hear your flights and overall holiday were enjoyable. It is not Company Policy to offer transfers from Malaga Airport to Marbella as a lot of clients hire a car for the duration or some part of their holiday. next year transfers will be included in the package Yours sincerely Celine Bentley Customer Services Manager
