We independently collect feedback on behalf of the businesses that work with us. Our platform only reaches out to verified buyers, so you can be sure you’re reading reviews from real customers.

Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

More direct flights please

The service was great onboard. We were delayed by an hour and our luggage took an hour so we didn’t arrive quite as early as we thought but still better than going via Gatwick.

A great week direct from Guernsey

Fly Direct made our holiday arrangements so easy and the journey great. The hotel was superb, transfers smooth and efficient, and flights went well. We will definitely be using them again.

Many Thanks for your feedback. We're pleased to hear you enjoyed your holiday in the Algarve. Please note that in 2024 our flights start at £429 per person return. Our flight times are dictated by the availability of charter aircraft and where they are based. This along with the demand for us to offer additional destinations means we do have to compromise at times, but we hope that the convenience of a door to door service balances this out.

I am in the process of making changes to our hotel description now to highlight that it's an independent property rather than part of the Four Seasons group.
