We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

Many Thanks for your feedback. While we offer shuttle transfers to other resorts in Majorca I'm afraid it's not possible for Port de Soller as more often we only have 1 or 2 clients from each flight heading in that direction, and many of our clients prefer the speed and privacy of a private transfer. We have offered a hotel rep service in the past but we found it wasn't being used by the majority of clients so we reduced to an emergency only service. We hope this didn't detract from an otherwise lovely holiday in a beautiful part of Majorca.
