Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

Many Thanks for your feedback. With regards the availability of 14 night stays, as we operate our charter service every week, each 14 night booking means that there are seats on the flights in the middle that remain empty and unsaleable. We therefore need to limit the amount of 14 night durations sold in order to make the operation viable. If you'd like to discuss this further please don't hesitate to call me on 01534 496635.
