Many Thanks for your feedback. We're sorry to hear about check in on departure, and will feed this back to the airport. We did have an unusually large amount of passengers requiring assistance on this flight, which contributed to the slower check-in process.

Very easy booking system. Flights were on time. Smart wings were really nice & friendly.

Many Thanks for your feedback. We're pleased you enjoyed the flight. The aircraft that is available for us to charter for this service is based in Tenerife, which means we need to operate Tenerife to Jersey and then back again.

What Miss T Oconnor said about FlyDirect:

Got me there directly but check in there and back was a nightmare. Very stressful having to wait over an hour in a queue then rushing because flight was closing. Puts you off travelling

Many Thanks for your feedback. We will feed back to the airport regarding check-in on return, however we know that this was affected by an unusually large amount of passengers that required assistance.
