How do we deal with fake reviews?

Love these direct flights!

Excellent, flight was very comfortable, on time and only 2 hours, perfect. Just wish the return flight from Faro wasn't so early. 8am meant a very early start.

Thank you for your feedback, I do apologise for the delay your encountered at Palma airport on your return journey, the delay was an operation issue with BA CityFlyer and crew requiring mandatory rest period prior to the flight. time. I am unsure why this wasn't communicated clearly with the clients in Palma and will pass this on to the operations team at the airport for investigation. We hope that you choose to travel with us at FlyDirect on a future occasion.

I am an ex hotelier and therefore notice and expect more maybe.

Dining room staff...excellent Chambermaid...Excellent Pool staff...needed to monitor towel grabbing more and maintain cleanliness. Reception ...one or two need more customer training Night...
