Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

Thank you for your ratings! With regards to the mock up - you would of received a pre-order visual before your ordered as without your approval of this we cannot proceed the order. I'm sorry you felt the printing was a bit poor, I have asked your Account Manager to contact you regarding this as this is not normal practice. I hope we can resolve this for you!
