I'm already dealing with Emma I've said many times I want a refund due to the shocking service and she said I put the address in wrong but the invoice stats my address, I want a refund to resolve this I've told her this put she's just trying to make her problem mine this is disgusting, i want a refund full stop so I can use a proper company with a proper courier
